Katherine N. Kammer is a nationally known specialist in the field of career advisement serving corporations and individuals since 1972. Katherine Kammer founded Kammer & Associates, Inc. in 1993.

Katherine's professional background includes extensive experience in career and management coaching. She has served as senior consultant and vice president for nationally based management consulting firms where she was responsible for account management, marketing, technology design, training, and consulting.

Among her clients are Fortune 100 and 500 firms. She was also the director and co-founder of a nonprofit career center in Annapolis, Maryland.

She is a specialist in career strategy and career testing. She has designed programs for thousands of individuals in career transition either in one-on-one or group settings. She has developed workbooks, manuals and professional development programs to guide clients through proven steps in the transition process.

Katherine has served as past president of the Atlanta Chapter of the International Association of Career Management Professionals, and is a member of The Atlanta Human Resources Planning Group, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Society for Training and Development. She is recognized as a Fellow Practitioner by IACMP and is a certified consultant in The Birkman Method®.

She has also served on the Board of Directors of Peachtree-Atlanta Kiwanis. She is a native of New Orleans and has lived in Europe and Maryland. Katherine received a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a lyric soprano and enjoys singing with local choruses.
