Kammer & Associates is a management consulting firm specializing in the management of careers from the perspectives of both the organization and the individual. We are specialists in organizational consulting, executive and managerial coaching, career advancement strategies and corporate outplacement.

Kammer & Associates was founded in 1993 offering clients facing change, highly focused professional consulting and support. Kammer & Associates has specific programs to address the critical career transition issues. These programs have been developed from a number of criteria: industry needs based on industry trends, client needs and demands, and our combined experience of "what works" in a real-world career change environment.

At the same time, we have developed tactical approaches to career planning. Kammer & Associates is known industrywide for factoring in the "human side" to this sensitive area. We work with clients -- companies and individuals -- in partnership. We are involved with the transition process from the outset to help the client acknowledge, adjust, and address the life-changing options ahead.
